The astrological birth chart is for someone born on 10 December 1908. This is composer Olivier Messiaen (to make the chart exactly correct, assuming his birthplace of Avignon, I think the time would have to be around 22:47). A number of images on this page are of organs or keyboard instruments; Messiaen was the organist of the Église de la Sainte-Trinité, Paris - the same church which is represented on the ATH 2017 Poster.
Te Arabic writing is المياد , 'maya'/'mayad', which seems to mean 'piazzas' or 'plazas' (?); the writing is associated with a filled circle directly below it.
